Chris Roach is the founder and Director of Natural Capital Consulting, with nearly 30 years of experience in land access, biodiversity offsets, stakeholder engagement, and environmental strategy.
Chris brings a unique mix of technical expertise and rural grounding — having grown up on the land himself, he understands the realities of farming life firsthand, not just from the other side of the negotiating table. That grounding shapes every conversation, having worked across mining, renewable energy, infrastructure, and conservation sectors throughout NSW and beyond.
