Project Highlight: Niche Environment & Heritage

We supported Niche Environment & Heritage and ARTC on the Inland Rail project with extensive landholder engagement, including first contact, site design discussions, and negotiation of stewardship agreements.

Our role covered both proponent-sponsored and direct-purchase options, finalising site agreements in alignment with project offset requirements right down to implementing Offset Management Plans and managing sites under stewardship agreements.

Land Access & Negotiations

We initiate and manage land access arrangements for mineral exploration, renewable energy, and infrastructure developments—balancing proponent needs with landholder expectations.
